THat was how I viewed it. We actually had a few open spots still, which I felt bad for saying no to more people than I should, but if I didn’t think they were the right fit I didn’t let them in. It was only two spots that didn’t get filed.
That’s true. Sometimes less people make a better, stronger team if the others you could have added don’t fit.
